League Rules:

1. Six people bowl in each game. Two games are bowled each night. One point is awarded for each game won and two points are awarded to the team with the most total pins. That makes for a possible total of 4 pts each night.

2. The 2 highest men’s scores and 2 highest women’s scores will be counted for each game. We have updated the scorecards so that no matter what crazy bowling alias you use, each player will have a line on the scorecard where he/she must write their real name. In addition, there will be a M(ale)/F(emale) column where each player will be expected to write in their gender. Please note: If a team fails to turn in their scorecard then the supervisor will simply take the four lowest scores off of the printout we receive from Sunset.

3. Substitutions can be made between games 1 and 2 but not during games. And I’m reluctant to even mention this but in the past we have had people attempt to cheat at bowling. Please don’t cheat. Cheating in a co-rec bowling league is very lame.

4. There is a scoring cap of 205 on all bowlers.

5. And finally, while forfeits are sometimes unavoidable, they are always a little sad-especially for the team that ends up with no one to bowl against. We have updated the scoring system so that three way games are scored a little differently and points can be awarded to the first and second place teams. So, if you think your team has to forfeit, please try and let us know so that we can set up a three way game for your opponent.
