Today's Glorious Meal:

Runner's Delight

February 19, 2008

Nothing fancy here, Runner's Delight is the meal most responsible for keeping me alive during my previous days in Seattle during 2001. It is also the meal that caused my former roommate, Josef Johansen, to nominate me for the worst co-habitator of all-time award. No matter, Runner's Delight is the dinner of frugal athletic champions the world over. Delicious, nutricious, and proteinerific you can't go wrong!
