Candy Cane Lane
December 15, 2007

Factoid #16

by Scott Muoio

Christmas has arrived in Seattle!

The holiday season is here once again and that means Seattle’s Candy Cane Lane is back. What is Candy Cane Lane, you may be wondering? Well, every Christmas a group of neighbors on Ravenna Boulevard NE deck their halls, trim their trees, and attract Seattleites near and far with their well lit Christmas spirit.

Approximately one block long and featuring a plethora of holiday displays and a spinning carousel in the middle of a traffic circle, Candy Cane Lane is a Seattle holiday tradition everyone in the area should visit at least once.

Peace on earth, good will toward men, and a merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
