Muoio lays down a burning
question as part of his continued search for honesty and sincerity
in American politics. We're not holding our breath for some truth
on this one.
Recently, on the front page of
Google I found a link leading to YouTube’s Debates web page.
Reading on I discovered YouTube requisitioning videos from around
the country in order to broadcast the best of them during “The
CNN YouTube Debates: The Republicans.” Being an unruly hater
of most things political and always hungry for some attention,
I decided to give it shot and make my own video. Rather than go
with the typical rah-rah antics, antagonistic commentary, or boring
drivel that accounts for many of the submissions, with my effort
I hoped to bring a slightly different approach. While my entry
is nothing fancy or clever I find it a bit more interesting than
many of the submissions because it asks for honesty rather than
an answer to a typical political question. Surely I won’t
get chosen, but as the saying goes, you can't get picked if you
don't submit. Wish me luck!
